SECOND WORKSHOP
Welfare and the right to study
The workshop yesterday was attended by about a thousand people, like the other two
. This is obviously an exceptional figure in terms of quantity

interventions from all the cities that have followed for more than seven hours of intense discussion

The slogan that goes through and that most characterizes the mobilizations
university, "We do not pay for the crisis," already clearly defines the central issues

On the global financial crisis there are various interpretations, sometimes conflicting
even within the same areas of critical thinking and radical. In this workshop, as
been repeatedly stated, our goal was not defined in terms of analysis

, to that end we prefer to propose immediately the construction of one or more
seminaries. Our starting point was instead
defining the political and the terrain of struggle that the theme of the crisis

This movement moves in a double crisis: the financial and
the university. This takes on peculiar characteristics in Italy,
determined by the historic disinvestment in education and research system, and the strategies for dismantling
